The project is located in the Agricultural Biotechnology Park of the Changzhi Township Agriculture Committee of Pintung County. The lot size is approx. 1 hectare. It is composed of 4 buildings (RC structure) with 1 floor of underground and 4 floors of above ground. The total floor area of the building is 47,768 square meters. Our company is responsible for the foundation and structure engineering. It is expected to have 56 units of plants for the companies in this park to rent.
