The Changhua Christian Hospital has reached its 127th anniversary since its founding in Changhua. Dedicated to medical ethics and service to society, it remains the only medical center serving the four counties of Changhua, Nantou, Yunlin, and Chiayi.


This project plans to construct a pedestrian bridge connecting the main hospital building and the teaching and research building in Changhua City, Changhua County. The proposed location spans across Xuguang Road and Bo'ai Street, with a total length of 71.31 meters. The project includes the construction of the bridge structure and related architectural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.


The foundation system uses pile foundations (six φ80cm piles, L=30m for both P2 and P3) combined with a 1.4m thick foundation slab. The bridge cross-section measures 6.0m wide by 5.1m high, with the interior and exterior of the bridge utilizing interlaced steel columns and a glass curtain wall.
