Taichung New Municipal Building is located between Taiwan Avenue and Wenxin Road and was completed on October 10, 2010. The building is designed with the concept of showing democratic imagery and creating an open space that is vital to the people. The surrounding area is carefully planned for the Four Seasons Landscape Park, which enriches the architectural landscape and regularly organizes arts and cultural activities to provide a place for people to relax and deepen the interaction with the citizens.
