Xiangfu Electroplating Factory Building is a 4-floor structure. It is located in the metal surface treatment area of Changhua Costal Industrial Park in Lukang. The main structure is reinforced concrete structure, the foundation is raft foundation, 1F is office area and workshop area. The office adopts floor-standing glass partitions, 2F~4F for the operation areas, 3F with quality assurance rooms and laboratories, and 4F~RF steel structure design.
